Parks Concession Applications will be accepted until February 28
The purpose of permitting concession privileges in McCall City Parks is to provide the public with access to products and services while generating revenue to support ongoing park and recreation programs. This process is governed by a set of guidelines for commercial activity and concessions sales within McCall City Parks; guidelines were adopted by McCall City Council on the 15 day of December, 2011.
- December 01, 2016: The McCall Parks and Recreation Department advertises that it will be accepting proposals for Concessions in City Parks.
- January 01 through February 28, 2017: Applications will be received by the City of McCall Parks and Recreation Director. All required documents must be submitted during this time in order for concession application to be considered.
- Third Wednesday in March: Applications will be reviewed by staff and the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board for consideration during the committee’s regularly scheduled March meeting.
- April: The McCall City Council will hear concession applications.
May: All approved contracts for concession will be signed by the mayor of McCall following review of legal requirements
