General Information: The City of McCall is requesting submission of qualifications (RFQ) from a Real Estate Broker or individual Real Estate Agent specializing in commercial real estate to provide services in reference to the lease of the city-owned golf course facility located at the McCall Golf Club, 925 Fairway Drive, McCall, Idaho.

It is the intent of the RFQ to have the successful firm/individual enter into a contract for service with the City of McCall. The contract will seek services from the firm/individual for advertising of available space to be leased, showing of the facility/space to be leased, and assistance with negotiation of lease terms with a prospective lessee.

Background: The City of McCall is located 100 miles north of Boise. Incorporated in 1913, McCall has grown to an area of 8.5 square miles, with a population of over 3,000. The restaurant property is an independent facility located within the City of McCall’s Golf Club clubhouse with more than 5000 square feet of space, a fully functioning commercial kitchen, storage, resort liquor license, deck and outfitted with tables and chairs and other equipment. The City of McCall is seeking interested parties for leasing and operation of the restaurant facility to commence on/about 1 November 2017.
